The forms for CLE compliance are being stored on the Utah State Bar FTP site as a convenience to both the Utah State Board of Continuing Legal Education and the Bar membership. Each file is stored in 2 formats: Microsoft Word (.doc), and Portable Document Format (.pdf).
If you have any problems downloading these files please contact the MCLE staff via e-mail at mcle@utahbar.org and we will be delighted to e-mail you a copy of the MCLE forms.
Once you have the required forms please print them out, fill in the required information, sign the form and send it to the following address:
