Lawyer & Court Personnel Annual Food and Winter Clothing Drive

Dear Members of the Bar:It gives me great pleasure to reach out to you for the Utah Bar Association’s 28th Annual Food and Clothing Drive, with a drop date of December 15, 2017, at the loading dock in the rear of the Utah Law and Justice Center.  I cannot believe it has been 28 years!  I have seen Lincoln Mead’s and Toby Brown’s children grow up, each of whom has helped gather, coordinate and deliver the food and closing donations, at various times during these 28 years (Toby and his children are long gone to other endeavors, but not forgotten; and Lincoln and his crew are still front and center); and I have seen well over 100 loads of food and clothing donated by your generosity, along with cash donations to various charities, all of which has helped the less fortunate.  Please open your closets and pantries again this year, and we look forward to seeing you all on December 15th, 2017.Our best for the coming year!

Leonard W. Burningham
